Use Fido from your AI app
Connect Fido to ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Grok and other AI apps that support MCP. You sign in with your own Fido account, and the app works in Fido with exactly your permissions.
Connect
- In your AI app, add Fido from its app or connector directory. If Fido isn’t listed there yet, add a custom connector with the URL
https://mcp.fetchfido.ai/mcp. - Sign in with your organization’s Fido address (
yourorg.fetchfido.ai), your email and password. - Ask away: “What needs my attention in Fido today?”
For admins
- Workspace plans (ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, Claude Team and Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Grok Business) let an admin add Fido once for everyone. Each person still signs in with their own Fido account.
- Turn AI access on or off for clients, consumers and providers, and switch the desk agent off, in Settings → AI Tools.
- Every connected app shows up as a key in Settings → AI Tools. Remove it to disconnect.
What the app can and can’t do
- It acts as the signed-in person. Fido decides what each role may see and change.
- Anything that changes a record asks first.
- Fido’s AI features are metered against your organization’s plan.
- What the app reads from Fido, and what you tell it, is handled by the company that runs the app, under its own terms and settings. Records can include health or other sensitive details; you and your organization decide whether they may be shared with that company. See our Privacy Policy.
