Our story

We didn’t build a tool.
We built a teammate.

Interpreting coordination that actually feels like it’s on your side. Here’s why Fido exists, and why it’s named after a dog.
The name

Everyone else named their software after the machinery.

SyncGrid
a grid. groundbreaking. 🤖
TaskCheck
a task. a check. riveting.
Schedulr
…they dropped the ‘e’?
a good dog. loyal, shows up,
fetches what you need.

A grid, a check, a schedule to run, named after the job, not the human doing it. We named ours after the teammate you wish you had.

How it works

One loyal engine behind every request.

Tell Fido what you need. It fetches the right interpreter, remembers who needs what, handles the busywork, and keeps everyone in sync, from first request to final invoice.

Why it exists

Built by people who’ve lived the broken version.

Fido is made by Deaf people who spent years fighting tools built by those who never had to live with a missed assignment or a wrong match. We started with interpreting because it’s where the need is sharpest.

Beyond interpreting

Fido isn’t only for interpreting.

Underneath, Fido is a coordination engine. It matches the right people to time-sensitive work, remembers everyone’s preferences, and keeps the whole operation in sync. If your industry runs on scheduling skilled people under pressure, Fido can run it too.

Who’s behind it

Fido, built by BE Pivot, is a modern infrastructure for interpreting coordination for the Deaf and signing ecosystem: Deaf-led, Deaf-owned, built to last. Strengthen the tools, and you strengthen the people. Learn more at bepivot.com.
